THE ARTIST’S WAY I

January 26th - April 27th

You don’t have to consider yourself an Artist, or even in any way Creative, to join this workshop.
The Artist Way, is a way of being in the world, in our daily lives, that allows us more freedom to pay attention, slow down, listen to our hearts, and find what’s true for ourselves. It’s a tool for everyone.

You will need to gift yourself a copy of The Artist Way by Julia Cameron. Preferably one you can write and take notes in.
Also, one simple / no big deal notebook to work in during the 14- weeks of the course.

We will read one chapter a week and dive into it as a group.
Individuals will explore the two primary tools; Morning Pages and Artist Dates.
At the end of each week’s Zoom discussion, we will complete select corresponding tasks.
All sessions are recorded for convenience.
Access to the group Marco-Polo video chat is available between sessions to connect and share inspiration or questions with the group.
One 1:1 mentoring call for each participant, to be scheduled as desired or needed.
Class size is limited to 10 people.

God, higher power, and spirituality are prominent themes in the book.
That said, your God Concept is yours and you can insert any word you like into that concept such as Universe, Source, or as one participant called it Delta…you get to decide.
This workshop doesn’t play favorites with any particular religion; whoever you are, whatever your beliefs - you are welcome and honored here.

This is a perfect workshop if you’ve already done The Artist’s Way and miss the community, accountability, and conversation.
We will read Walking in This World, meeting for 14 weeks in the same format as AWI, moving deeper into the Practices of The Artist Way, and adding more practical tools
